Ingrida Šulcienė is a Social entrepreneur and Integrated communication professional with a solid track of 20 years of experience in NGO, business, politics and public sectors. In her activities she tries to accumulate many-sided experience and knowledge. She believes that social changes needs cooperation and partnership, that sharing resources are competitive advantage.
She is a Founder of Lithuanian Public Relations Specialists’ Union (now Lithuanian Communication Association). Being as a Chairperson and a Board member she took an active role on international level representing Lithuanian part: she has signed partnership agreement between Lithuanian Public Relations Specialists’ Union and IPRA, together with other national public relations organisations have taken part in process of creating Global Alliance, which acting as an umbrella organisation. Currently she is a member of Association Lyderė, Business Women Network and Vilnius chamber of commerce, industry and crafts.
Her portfolio of realized projects includes such ones as the 1st International Life Sciences Conference in the Baltic region LIFE SCIENCE BALTIC (Enterprise Lithuania, Head of Communication Department); WINGS - the Export of the Young Leaders Program (Enterprise Lithuania, Head of Communication Department); EKOVIZIJA - Public Information and Education Project (Lithuania Real Estate Development Association, Communication and EU Projects Manager); RAIN - the Rural Area Information Technology Broadband Network (Deputy Director of the Office of Speaker of the Lithuanian Parliament Artūras Paulauskas); DIALOGUE OF CIVILIZATIONS - International Conference patronized by Lithuania, Ukraine, Poland and UNESCO presidents (International public relations officer) and numerous others.
