With her IT background Beate Elisabeth Röcker worked more than 30 years for corporations such as Deutsche Telekom and Daimler whereof 15 years in middle management as a head of department. Being a mother of two now grown-ups and working on the topic of Green IT projects, the issue sustainability became more and more important to her.
In 2016, she decided to start her own business, based on strategic, corporate social responsibility related consulting and sustainability reporting: www.csr-csr.com, is trainer of the German Sustainability Code, and CSR auditor of IASA (International Association for Sustainable Aviation).
In 2009 she was invited to the New Year Reception of German President Dr. Horst Köhler because of honorary activities. She is a member of EWMD since 1995, being the president of the German Rhine-Ruhr chapter from 2008-2012.
