Kristina Gružauskienė has more than 10 years of wide range experience in HR field. She is a certified Employer Branding professional at Employer branding Academy, Stockholm, 2016. In 2018 she received the certification for HR management at Chartered Institute for personnel development, UK.
Currently she is member of core Employer Branding team at Paroc Group. Paroc is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of energy-efficient and fire-proof insulation solutions. The head office is in Finland with operations in 13 countries, including seven production plants in five countries. Paroc sells products to over 40 countries worldwide.
