Cancellation policies:
In the case of cancellations an administrative fee of 50€ will be charged.
After September 1st the whole fee will be charged unless a substitute (name and address) is nominated and registered. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing. If the conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, the participation fee will not be refunded and any liability is excluded. Fees for missed meals, late arrivals, and early departures will not be refunded.

Accommodation
Accomodation is not included in the participation fee. Due to high season in October it is recommended to book the hotels soon.
